Injury Care Services (ICS) offers physician groups a convenient support service for use in referring patients who are injured on the job or in automobile accidents for diagnostic studies or specialty medical care. Injury Care Services has created the solution to the problems associated with treating injured patients as it relates to referring those patients outside for diagnostics or specialty medical care. Our Medical Referral Support System (MedRSS) is designed to allow the treating physician to easily select the provider of his or her choice and transmit that referral through Injury Care Services. In turn, ICS expedites the eligibility determination and pre-certification process. Injury Care Services wants to make it an easy decision for physicians to use its referral support services and MedRSS software, so we offer both our services and our software at no charge to medical offices that treat injured patients. Because there is no financial outlay required, there is no risk associated with employing these services in your office. If you do not find that Injury Care Services is a great benefit for you and your injured patients, you may simply discontinue use of ICS.
