At Injecter, we manufacture technical plastic components and parts through injection moulding for short and medium production runs, turning the requirements of each application into reliable and efficient production solutions. We are more than a plastic injection moulding company. We are involved throughout the industrialisation process, providing technical expertise to optimise the part, mould and manufacturing process before production begins. We specialise in functional plastic components for short and medium production runs, working with engineering plastics and adapting each project to the required production volume, investment level and technical specifications. Our goal is to identify the most effective industrial solution rather than applying a standard approach to every project. Our expertise covers applied engineering, mould development and maintenance, technical plastic injection moulding, process control and value-added operations such as assembly and handling, as well as, when required, final assembly or the coordination of finishing suppliers. All of this is supported by a **Lean Manufacturing** methodology focused on continuous improvement and the ongoing optimisation of processes to achieve more efficient, stable and competitive production. We primarily work with manufacturers of industrial machinery, industrial equipment, electrical and electronic systems, technical packaging and other sectors where component reliability is critical. At Injecter, we believe that a successful plastic component starts long before it reaches the injection moulding machine. That is why we work closely with engineering, procurement and quality teams from the earliest stages of each project.
