I have created several learning tribes, that use this powerful tool. •Learning Experiences: learning is not about training, e-learning, or microlearning, is about creating powerful experiences where people learn by doing, making mistakes, and teaching others. I collaborate with different subject matter experts like Dr. Britt Andreatta, I deliver her two cutting-edge brain-science-based training: the Change Quest® model and the Four Gates to Peak Team Performance®. I am also passionate about CQ (Cultural Intelligence) and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and I also collaborate with the diversity expert Margaret Spence, together we create DEI programs for organizations willing to commit to a more diverse workforce.
