Building the next generation of Africa's most competitive talents, INGRYD is designed to respond to the increasing gap between recent computer and related graduate students and the workforce. Studies have shown that at least 85% of students who graduate from school are not ready for work. This is especially true in the technology sector where the ever-changing ecosystem demands equally aggressive upskilling that most students have not received prior to graduation. At Ingryd, we equip talents with top IT skills. The academy will be providing highly qualified trainers for specialized areas including Full Stack Development programming languages like C# Net, lava, Node JS, Data Science, Product/Project Management, Agile development, international Software Testing, and Software Quality Assurance. This training will be held both physically and virtually to increase participation by tech enthusiasts in other African Countries. We will award certificates to trainees. We hope to recruit high-performing graduates from our academy to fill technology roles at high-profile firms within Africa and beyond, training up to 4000 tech stars a year for onsite and remote positions in some of the top companies in the world.
