We currently work in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and Rwanda, and provide market entry services, where firms grow to understand the African landscape, their target demographic, and execution strategy during a deep-dive intensive in the local markets; as well as market operations services, where we operate firms’ Africa strategy over one to two-year periods. We offer curated strategy and execution plans based on your objective in-country, plugging you into new lines of business, market opportunities, hard-to-reach customer segments, and human capital.
