The Cage JSA is one of Connecticut’s premiere martial arts and strength & fitness gyms. We are known for our getting our students and clients exceptional results. Whether it’s competing in MMA and/or Jiu-Jitsu, learning to defend yourself, or shredding fat and building strong, healthy muscle… our clients get results. We are NOT your typical gym. It is a respect first environment where a strong community is vital. There’s no BS and everyone is treated as equal. This allows us to all progress together and form solid friendships. Those who join us are surprised at the friendly and happy nature of our clients. Everyone is “cool” here and we all help each other improve.
