Our parent company, Informed Eldercare Decisions has added more details about the Elder Life Planning for Organizations (ELPO) program to Youragingparents.net to reflect the broader scope of services we now offer. ELPO was originally designed to be an employer paid benefit for working caregivers of aging parents. Several employers now offer this program and we anticipate further growth in employer sponsorship as the workforce ages. In 2001, we began making the program available, on a trial basis, for non-profit elder service providers to offer to corporations and organizations in the communities they serve. Now several non-profits offer the program under their own agency “brand” which allows them to generate a new source of reliable revenue, without incurring the significant development costs required to start such a program from scratch. The program also increases the visibility of your agency or business and generates an increased volume of referrals generated from the program.
