Advanced Systems nasce nel 1981 su iniziativa di soci con grande esperienza nei settori esattoriale e bancario. Come capofila del gruppo AS, la software house partenopea produce applicativi per la gestione della riscossione dei tributi e gestionali per lo più rivolti ad Enti Pubblici. Da Advanced Systems, nel 1992 nasce SAIR - Sisteme Avanzate Italo-Romene come laboratorio di supporto e una base commerciale del gruppo AS per il mercato software dell’Est Europeo. A seguito delle ricerche finanziate dal MIUR, in collaborazione con l’Università di Pisa e l’Università del Sannio, Advanced Systems lancia nel 2005 “Sadas Engine”, un DBMS colonnare con prestazioni dalle 10 alle 100 volte superiori rispetto ai tradizionali sistemi organizzati per riga; dopo ulteriori ricerche e sviluppi del progetto, nel 2013 nasce SADAS SRL, interamente dedicata allo sviluppo di soluzioni per la Business Intelligence, applicazioni per l’analisi dei dati e strumenti di DWH. Per Advanced Systems la semplificazione del lavoro di Enti e grandi industrie rappresenta lo scopo principale cui i prodotti devono assolvere: la possibilità di gestire intuitivamente quantità enormi di dati grazie alla più alta qualità di informatizzazione è il principio base di ogni singolo prodotto.
