Časopis izdaje Edukacijsko-rehabilitacijski fakultet Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (uz financijsku podršku Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja RH) i u njemu se objavljuju izvorni znanstveni radovi, prethodna priopćenja, pregledni i stručni radovi.
