Jungian trained psychologist and CEO Dr. Robert Hernandez created Influens' unique leadership development approach after working for the company for 12 years and acquiring it. Our dynamic program starts with assessing leaders and organizations as a whole, using Dr. Hernandez's background as a licensed psychologist.
