Infinium Information

Infinium is a consulting firm that ignites innovation and creativity to help organizations solve complex problems and create breakthrough solutions. We unleash the untapped wealth of creative brilliance and innovation capability within organizations. And when that happens, our clients deliver results and achieve competitive advantage. Founded in 2004, Infinium developed a unique approach grounded in over 30 years of creative thinking and business perspective to help clients think differently about their challenges and opportunities. Our clients are established enterprises, from businesses with fewer than 50 employees to Fortune 500 companies, who share these common characteristics: ○ Drive for competitive advantage. ○ Open-mind to try new, proven approaches. ○ Belief in the positive impact of creativity. ○ Embrace change, rather than run from it. ○ Seek more than a “quick fix.” Our Mission is to unleash the creative brilliance within individuals and organizations, and to develop their competency to think creatively and to innovate. Infinium was named to mean a place of Infinite possibilities – a place to explore possibilities and discover opportunities. INNOVATION. It’s a term that can mean different things to different people. At Infinium, we believe innovation is the ability to create meaningfully unique solutions to any compelling challenge or opportunity. That’s why you’ll see us using our expertise in various ways, from launching new products and services to developing vision and strategy, or from changing organizational culture to developing new business models and internal processes. Ignite! is an 8-session immersion-learning program delivered every 3rd week to unleash breakthrough thinking, build a sustainable body of knowledge and tools, and create an innovation catalyst for the sponsoring organization.
