His eye for design and detail ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards, resulting in unparalleled customer satisfaction. Michelle Gretsch, Owner and Business Manager, has more than 17 years of accounting and project management experience in a variety of industries and is a licensed CPA in Washington. Michelle’s knack for organization keeps the business running smoothly so that Joe can focus on our job sites and customers.
