Specialising in Inner Child Therapy Claire brings a wealth of experience having a practice based in Australia and the UK. Inner child therapy has been designed to help those who, as children, have been hurt by the adults and circumstances around them. They may have been hurt, not just by major, easily recognised traumas such as physical or sexual abuse or death of, or abandonment by, a parent, but also by the daily drip-drip traumas such as neglect, rejection, criticism, humiliation, bullying, denial or confusion. Claire is also registered with the IICT and provides Monthly support groups to women who have suffered trauma and looking to reclaim their power so they can move forward in their lives. As a practitioner of Kriya Yoga Claire is also able to apply different yoga therapies to assist with the recovery journey and to aid mental health issues. When starting a journey of recovery a meditation practice is recommended and assistance with this teaching is provided to all clients. There are also other yoga and meditation teachers based in India that are matched with each client. This provides an opportunity to work with Claire as a Therapist and support Counsellor and a separate meditation teacher.
