INEMA is a company founded in 1988 specialized in Operations Management. In particular, the areas of intervention of INEMA can be identified in: - Operations Management - Strategy - Organization with particular emphasis on business process improvement through continuous researching to gain efficiency and effectiveness. INEMA’s strong operations background has allowed it to work effectively over the years in the various organizational consultancy sectors, whether in the industrial field or in the services field. Some business contexts more than others continue to be characterized (in terms of number of examples) by a constant drive for innovation and highly professional human resources; they are veritable sectors of excellence, and include: - Retail - Utilities - Fashion - Industrial Sector INEMA’s task in these fields has been that of supporting the strategic and organizational development of its clients, having always defined clear and achievable goals, designed and implemented personalized plans of action, and carried out a systematic monitoring of results. The skills acquired in these areas have allowed INEMA to become a leader in operational consultancy developing a specific approach model to the problems of industry, services and Public Administration, within the organization, operations, methods of work, information systems and technologies. Since 1995 INEMA cooperates with several academic institutions in the development of applied research projects, such as the University of Bologna and the University of Milan "Bicocca". Moreover, from several years INEMA is an official partner of the Six Sigma Management Institute.
