• Developed and modified numerous international financial models ranging from business budgets, to start-up financial forecasts, to existing financial forecasts. • Traveled around the globe to perform transaction diligence on international investment opportunities by evaluating business plans, exit strategies, capital structures, investment vehicles, analyzing currency, cultural and regulatory environments and assessing managements’ competency and capability to deliver results. • Actively managed five portfolio airline companies around the globe by attending board meetings and examining the integrity of weekly operational and financial reports and evaluating long-term strategies. • Worked on financing strategies to further the growth of portfolio airlines, and played a supporting role in fund raising presentations for Indigo’s next generation fund. • Worked on business plan and budgeting process for Indigo’s start-up airline which resulted in a foundation for a long-term financial plan and a 2010 budget that was presented to the board directors for approval. • Re-developed a long-term financial forecast for a portfolio company which was presented to Airbus to help secure an order of 25 aircraft.
