Indigenicity is an Indigenous-led business based on Deshkan Ziibiing, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation. We carry our work with respect for the lands and waters where we are based, and with accountability to the people, processes, and relationships entrusted to us. We are an Indigenous-focused advisory and engagement firm established by people with experience inside First Nations communities, federal political systems, major advisory environments, community-based engagement, procurement, and class action work. We understand the practical side of complex matters requiring meetings, approvals, documentation, follow-up, political context, community realities, legal pathways, procurement rules, and partner relationships that determine whether work progresses or stalls. That experience shapes how we work: clear process, careful handling, organized delivery, and practical judgment.
