And Our efforts to promote high altitude trekking in India has gathered mileage across genders and age groups and today we are a recognized Adventure Tour operator affiliated with the Ministry of Tourism, India. Besides fixed departure and customized treks, our affiliation with Indian Mountaineering Foundation allows us to arrange mountaineering expedition to all IMF recognized Himalayan peaks. We have brought together a team of Basic and Advanced Mountaineering course certified Trek Leaders and First Aide Responder certified trekking staff, bound by a code of serious approach to trekking. Washington State white water river rafting on the Wenatchee, Skykomish, Methow, and Skagit rivers outside of Leavenworth and Seattle, Washington. Alpine Adventures has been running whitewater river rafting trips for over 20 years. The closest whitewater rafting to Seattle is on the exciting Class IV-V Skykomish River. Our most popular whitewater rafting fun in the sun is on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth. There is lots of snow so that means lots of water to make a great 2012 rafting season. The season kicks off the begining of May, trips are available on the Skykomish now.
