Independent Rail Retailers Information

We represent almost all the independent rail retailers in Britain, helping to bring over £0.5bn of new incremental revenue to rail every year. We have led the industry in the development and adoption of digital ticketing, and are funding the rollout of infrastructure to spport this nationwide. We support the train operators in providing online retailing and many other services for most of them. We encourage modal shift, reach new customers who would not otherwise travel by rail, and innovate and improve constantly, to the benefit of customers, train operators and government alike.
