IDA Academy acts within Association of Professional Directors, the largest Russian director organization founded in 2002 and represents Russia in the Global Network of Director Organizations (GNDI). «IoD Chartered Director» is an international qualification program by the Institute of Directors (IoD, UK) that accumulates the experience and best practices of a director and Board of Directors in companies around the world. The program covers 3 stages: I. Certificate in Company Direction The course covers key areas of governance, finance, strategy and leadership providing you with a foundation in effective directorship:  An in-depth view of the role, responsibilities and legal duties of a director  An understanding of the characteristics of an effective board  Sound knowledge of financial terms and concepts  The issues and processes associated with formulating strategic business plans and achieving strategic leadership II. Diploma in Company Direction This module is a unique opportunity to put your skills to the test in a realistic and safe environment as you act as a board member to tackle a real-life board-room scenario, mirroring in many ways the operation of a Board. III. Chartered Director Standing out from your peers is key in business, and becoming a Chartered Director is an endorsement of your skills, professionalism, and knowledge of corporate governance best-practice.
