Independent Care Health Plan (iCare), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Humana, is a managed care organization offering Medicare, Medicaid and Long-Term Care insurance benefits. iCare covers medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, and social services through a unique care management model. Our Medicare Advantage Plans also offer Part D prescription drug benefits. Care Coordinators assist members in managing their health care through a process called care management. Care management recognizes medical, emotional, and social needs must be met in order to improve quality of life.
