Indeotec specializes in the development and integration of high end thin film deposition PECVD and PVD reactors and sources into fully automated pilot and mass-production equipment for general nanotechnologies applications such solar-PV, OLED, Semi and MEMS. In particular, Indeotec commercializes the Octopus II product-line, a fully automated, multi-facet and versatile platform combining state of the art proprietary Mirror PECVD reactors and PVD sources for double-side deposition of complex stack-layers in a single vacuum sequence with extremely limited substrate manipulations. The Mirror PECVD technology is being integrated into Octopus 3 product-line for mass-manufacturing of very high efficiency HJT solar cells. Indeotec is driven by innovation, technology and committed to providing practical and top quality solutions that save time and improve the transfer of technology and is well established in its market. Our staff is comprised of a team of talented and experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of plasma physics, engineering, manufacturing equipment and device development and optimisation. Indeotec also owns its own R&D center and clean room facilities of over 600 m2, several deposition technologies and a wide range of charateristaion tools for serving our clients and our own continuous device development and improvement activities.
