International outlook contextualized - We help organizations stay relevant. Since 2001, we have established an international network comprising close to 2500 connections within worldwide research, product development and entrepreneurship. This network operates as our antennae, providing us with insights on emerging technologies, their potential and of who has advanced the furthest (and with what). Through talks, articles, workshops, seminars and projects we strive to provide a comprehensive list of the potentials and challenges facing businesses and organisations in the future; and here our extensive insight is a valuable advantage. The Innovation Lab customer portfolio encompasses international giants such as Samsung, Microsoft, HP, Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre and Mars as well as proud Scandinavian brands such as Vestas, Siemens, LEGO, Grundfos, B&O, Örsted, the A.P. Moller Maersk Group. We are approximately 35 employees distributed in Denmark, Norway, Dubai and San Francisco; and, annually, we give more than 300 talks around the world. We appear in the national daylies on a regular basis, giving our opinion on trends and technology impacting society and business. Innovation Lab is a limited company. Our strength rests on a foundation of comprehensive knowledge, a flair for dissemination and a capacity for innovation. Three building blocks never occurring in isolation. For purposes of optimising the target focus of our services, Innovation Lab has, however, been divided into super-optimized start ups - micro-companies as we call them - with individual fields of expertise, and freedom to pursue interesting ideas and projects, yet with a shared passion for engaging users, inspiring developers and the possibilities of tomorrow.

**Venture City Horsens has ceased activities in 2024** TAK til alle involverede, der i fællesskab bidrog til de gode resultater skabt gennem foreningen: I foreningens 8 år har vi bl.a. været i dialog med over 230 start-ups, ca 100 har fået mentorhjælp, 58 har pitchet og 8 har modtaget investeringer. Dertil er 225.000 kr blevet foræret væk som Karmakapital. Tilsammen er det blevet til 124 arbejdspladser i de start-ups som der er investeret i + ca. tilsvarende i de virksomheder, der ikke modtog investering, men fik karma og/eller hjælp fra mentorer og investorer… I foreningen Venture City Horsens havde vi samlet viden, erfaring og de bedste kompetencer fra dygtige mentorer og Business Angels med interesse i at hjælpe startups med det rette personlige mindset og en idé, en prototype eller et produkt og behov for hjælp til at komme videre. Fælles for dem alle er, at de brænder for at bidrage til at udvikle Horsens som den succes, vi alle kender. Iværksætteri er ikke ”a walk in the park”. Uanset hvor unik en forretningsidé eller et produkt kan synes, og hvor tændt en iværksætter føler sig. Uden den rette hjælp fejler eller opgiver mange at etablere den forretning, der kan lette og vokse sig sund og stærk. Der er mange faldgruber på vejen. Vi henviser derfor til andre gode aktører i økosystemet. Held og lykke til alle startups og investorer.
