As the most established and extensive community #mentalhealth organization in Canada, the Canadian Mental Health Association promotes mental health for all and supports the resilience and recovery of those experiencing mental illness. CMHA envisions a Canada where mental health is a universal human right. Autism Ontario (legally incorporated as Autism Society Ontario) is a charitable organization with a history of over 50 years representing the thousands of people on the autism spectrum and their families across Ontario. Made up of knowledgeable parents, professionals, and autistic self-advocates who can speak to the key issues that impact autistic individuals and their families, Autism Ontario is the province’s leading source of information and referral on autism, and one of the largest collective voices representing the autism community. There are seven regions across the province of Ontario.

Community Living Ontario is a nonprofit, provincial confederation that advocates for the inclusion of people who have an intellectual disability in all aspects of community life. We envision a society where people who have an intellectual disability belong, have equal rights, respect and acceptance, a sense of self-worth, and opportunities for growth. The gifts, uniqueness and innate value of each individual are celebrated, supported and acknowledged as essential to the completeness of the whole community. Our goal is for people who have an intellectual disability to live in a state of dignity, share in all elements of living in the community and have the opportunity to participate effectively. We have been advocating for people who have an intellectual disability and their families for 70+ years. We proudly work alongside 125 local agencies and advocate with 250,000+ people who have intellectual disabilities and their families across Ontario.
