Incentive is a partner-owned, independent investment firm founded in 2014 by Svein Høgset, Niklas Antman, Mikael Berglund and Alexander Kopp. Incentive manages two funds, Incentive Active Value Fund and Incentive Active Value Long Only Fund. Our investor base includes university endowments, foundations, institutional investors and family offices. Incentive Active Value Fund was nominated for best New Fund of the Year in 2015 by EuroHedge, and for Newcomer Equity at the HFM European Hedge Fund Performance Awards 2016 and for Best Long/Short Equity Fund under $500 million in 2016 by EuroHedge. Incentive AS is regulated as an AIFM by Finanstilsynet (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) and registered with the SEC as an investment advisor under Section 203(C) of the Investment Advisor Act of 1940.
