We are a producer of the highest quality, natural foods products that are hand-crafted with respect for tradition and the environment. We source our agricultural product from local Puerto Rican farms. We make items for the retail and food service markets. We distribute our products throughout Puerto Rico and the US. Our product line today consist of the freshest best tasting cheese - Queso Blanco del Pais and delicious perfectly made Tostones de Pana (Breadfruit in English). We are developing additional products using our cheese and Pana to better serve our retail and foodservice customer
