Welcome to iN4iN! The base of the ‘intelligence 4 innovation’ (iN4iN) project developed by the International SEPT Program at the University of Leipzig and Conoscope GmbH, a consulting company in Germany, is the conviction that the future of our economies relies on innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). For this reason, we have developed our iN4iN approach dedicated to convey theoretical knowledge, application-oriented findings and practice-relevant experience with regard to the management and promotion of innovation in SMEs. iN4iN offers SMEs and promotion institutions worldwide, specialized training and consultancy services on innovation management, business incubator development and the strengthening of university-business linkages. We are convinced that universities play a very important role in the creation and growth of innovative SMEs. Therefore, iN4iN seeks to partner universities and institutions around the world to promote product and service innovations, oriented to new or existing markets; as well as the development and implementation of new innovative processes. We have partner universities and institutions in Latin America, Africa and Asia. iN4iN is supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
