IMSLP (the Petrucci Music Library) is the world's largest free classical music library, home to over 855,000 scores, 95,000 recordings, and thousands of libretti and other musical texts — all freely accessible to musicians, students, educators, and music lovers everywhere. Founded in 2006 by Edward Guo, IMSLP provides public domain and Creative Commons-licensed sheet music spanning every era, from Renaissance to contemporary. Our mission is simple: to make the world's musical heritage available to anyone with an internet connection.
