Impulse London is part of Impulse Group, a global nonprofit organisation founded in 2009 by José Ramos, dedicated to building a stronger and healthier community for gay men. Operating in over twenty-six cities worldwide and hosting more than 400 events annually, Impulse Group creates brave spaces to engage, support, and connect gay men globally. Impulse London is the UK chapter of this network, serving gay men and the wider LGBTQ+ community through a programme of events, advocacy, and meaningful connection. We are a volunteer-led organisation, structured through a Board of Directors and supported by active members across four core teams: Advocacy, Events, Marketing, and Operations. Throughout the year, we deliver community-led events, develop advocacy campaigns, and collaborate with partner organisations across London who share our commitment to sexual health, mental health, substance use awareness, and social justice.
