Improving Healthcare Culture (IHC) Information

I started Improving Healthcare Culture, a non-profit charity organization to minimize the impact of workplace violence (workplace harassment, bullying, discrimination, racism) on healthcare workers, therefore, improving the potential for delivering quality and optimal patient care. At IHC we are dedicated to improving the healthcare culture by providing necessary individualized support (instrumental and emotional) to healthcare workers. We manage a combination of professionally-led as well and peer support groups. Discussion sessions we offer include both curriculum-based and open forum discussions. IHC works with clients to establish legal and/or mental health professional assistance that may be necessary and facilitate connections to these professionals as indicated.
