▪️Who we are We are a team of experienced trainers who are able to utilise our expertise to develop your staff to reach their full potential. Bringing over 15 years of coaching experience, we have a passion for helping businesses and team members to thrive. Furthermore, our founder and course creator Alexander McWilliam is currently undertaking a PhD, focusing on the role theatrical improvisation can have on reducing the negative effects of anxiety on public speaking performance. In essence, how it can lead to individual and organisational thriving. ▪️What we do The ability to present effectively is a key skill that will enable individuals to thrive in both their professional and personal lives. We provide off-the-shelf and bespoke masterclasses and executive coaching to develop the presenting and public speaking skills of your employees. Utilising a mixture of acting, improvisation, and psychological techniques, delegates are guided through content and visuals creation, use of voice and body, along with delivery skills. For those who are more anxious when presenting we use graded exposure to expand their comfort zone and build confidence. For employees who are more comfortable presenting, we utilise a form of pressure training to develop their ability to perform under pressure.
