Importanne Group Information

Importanne Group is one of the leading firms in Croatia and has occupied that position for over 20 years. Our primary venture is construction/engineering; a field where we strive and achieve our desired success. A testament to this accomplishment are Importanne Centar and Importanne Galleria, the first and leading shopping centers in Zagreb, Croatia (and indeed southeastern Europe as a whole). „Importanne“ is often used as a synonym for „shopping“ within the region or „urban center“ of which we are immensely proud. Once established in the retail space, hospitality became our passion with the Royal Hotels & Resort Dubrovnik, a chain of luxury hotels including the Hotel Neptun, the Hotel Ariston, the Royal Palm Hotel, the Royal Princess Hotel and the Villa Elita, the most exclusive mansion structure in the Dubrovnik area. Our goal is to continue to expand across the region and our strategy consists of creating innovative structures with cutting-edge design, architecture and to always be one-step ahead of our time. With our considerate investments, our team of experts are the heart and soul of the company.
