Implementary provides independent buyer-side advisory for commodity and energy trading transformation. We work with Boards, C-suite leaders and programme sponsors when an E/CTRM, CTRM, ERP, data, AI or operating-model programme reaches a decision that cannot be left to status reporting, vendor narrative or assumption. The work usually sits across five connected areas: • Executive decisions, programme recovery and governance. • E/CTRM and ERP design, build, testing, readiness and go-live. • Front-to-back trading workflows across deal capture, risk, logistics, settlement and finance. • Vendor evidence, acceptance, standard-versus-custom and commercial commitments. • Trading data, reporting, integration, architecture and controls. The decision may be to continue, reset, narrow, accept, condition, fund, delay, go live or stop. The answer depends on the evidence, not on protecting a delivery plan, software position or existing commercial relationship. Implementary does not sell software or implementation capacity. We sit on the buyer’s side of the table and connect trading reality to the choice leadership has to make. Executive Transformation Intelligence is our public decision method. It tests five realities: • Business Reality: whether the design reflects how trading, risk, logistics, settlement and finance actually work. • Decision Reality: whether the required choice, owner, date and consequences are explicit. • Delivery Reality: whether the plan, evidence and readiness support the commitment being requested. • Commercial Reality: whether vendor claims, rights, obligations and option costs are understood. • Human Reality: whether ownership, capacity and leadership conditions can sustain the decision. The output is not another broad assessment. It is a defensible executive position: the options, evidence confidence, recommendation, conditions, owners and next actions.
