Working in partnership with local communities, civil society and the private sector, Impakt X will champion the inclusion of young people in evidence-based policymaking, effective leadership and pushing for business leaders to adopt a decentralised model to decision making. Our priority is to address the crisis of leadership in developing countries and emerging economies. By creating a safe place for young people to be engaged in decisions that matter, we seek to prepare them for the onerous task of strengthening their community’s involvement in nation-building and by extension, creating opportunities for growth. We operate the first-ever Impakt X Global Youth Think Tank which is designed to engage young people on erudite discussions on matters critical to national and international agenda. We have a pool of young intellectuals in several disciplines along with an intergenerational approach to knowledge sharing. Our 3 areas of focus are: 1. Think Tank 2. Leadership Incubator 3.
