Founded in Toronto in 2001 by Paul Klein, Impakt is a catalyst for solving the world’s most pressing social problems: powered by lived experience, enabled by a global network of investors, developers, funders, policymakers and frontline service providers, and driven by a bias for action. The annual Impakt Forum convenes corporate, civil society, government and lived experience leaders to co-create a new climate-resilient affordable housing project for people who have experienced homelessness. The 2026 Forum in Toronto produced the Centre for Belonging in Community, which combines affordable housing with integrated support for refugees. In London, our focus is young people who have experienced homelessness. The Forum is part of an ecosystem that includes the Impakt Foundation for Social Change, Impakt Advisory, the Leadership Community, the Impakt Accelerator Platform and Impakt Capital.
