ImpactYourCareer is specialized in goal-driven career coaching for students, graduates and professionals. Along side individual career guidance, we offer tailor-made workshops and trainings. Together we work on a result that leads to making choices that generate more work happiness and vitality. MISSION Eveyone deserves a chance to be successful and happy in his/her job and career. That is why our mission is focused on equal access to opportunity in The Netherlands, in compliance with the sustainable development goals of the UN and the goals of the Gelijke Kansen Alliantie (GKA) from the ministery of OCW. EXPERTISE ImpactYourCareer is founded by Valérie Rath. Her experience in career guidance and coaching comes from an academic legal studies at the UvA, an EQA Practitioner certified coaching study and 10+ years' of working experience in Recruitment, Talent Management and HR. This broad knowledge and expertise is used on a daily basis for our goal-driven coaching for career orientation, re-integration and outplacement. Professionals from different sectors approach us for guidance, for example in Education, Government, Legal Profession, Banks, FMCG and Consultancy.
