Founded by Leigh Smyth FRSA, we are an end-to-end social impact partner delivering the plan, people, partnerships and support that match responsible intent to impact. Powered by our community of ImpactMakers. Our vision is to live in a world where every organisation and leader generates measurable social impact. We do this through three channels: • Impact Strategy: Designing and delivering measurable social impact strategies and reporting. • Impact Talent: Matching organisations with values-aligned leaders, advisors and partners. • Impact Communications: Amplifying impact and building capability through data-led communications, campaigns, connected leadership and training. We also co-founded and delivered ActionAble 2025, the UK's largest cross-sector event focused on disability inclusion in the workplace, uniting over 400 organisations and 800 leaders to turn insight into action.
