Make wellbeing a shared goal for quality in core public services. Impactly helps municipalities make wellbeing a shared public management parameter, so core public services can be prioritised based on purpose and resources, and quality can be safeguarded as welfare services are transformed. With a Wellbeing Account, wellbeing and life satisfaction are quantified, and changes are translated into wellbeing points (WELLBYs) and a cost per WELLBY. This enables initiatives to be compared across areas and progress to be tracked over time. Results are delivered as Wellbeing Reports for each initiative and as an overall municipal overview in a dashboard, with clear methodological caveats and the option to add supplementary measurements.
