We founded Impact Samui to bring a fresh new perspective to Koh Samui. Having owner property here for some years, we wanted a new challenge. Combining our extensive skills in sales & marketing, financial and project management, procurement, legal work & planning regulations, space planning and layout/design, we have brought a fresh new perspective to the islands property scene. Our track record for developing out of the box projects has given us an enviable reputation in Koh Samui, one of Asias most promising investment hot spots. Leading the team is David Birchall, a highly experienced international project manager and financial controller, who works closely together with Co-Founder and Asia PR expert, Susan Field. From the start, we decreed that we would operate to the highest standards, with integrity and professionalism at the companys core, considering not only the requirements of clients and business partners, but also the needs and sensitivities of local communities. We choose the most sought-after locations on the island for our developments, with most of them being situated in the prestigious North East of the island, where property is at a premium and where most of the islands luxury, world-renowned hotels can be found. Ritz Carlton, Six Senses, W Hotel, Anantara, Hyatt Regency and So Sofitel have all selected the area as their preferred location thanks to the Idyllic beaches, azure seas, amazing sunsets and proximity to the airport, to hospitals - and to some of Samuis most highly rated restaurants and bars. Susan has lived and worked in Asia for over 30 years. She launched and subsequently sold her successful PR company, Impact Asia to the worlds largest communications conglomerate, WPP. Her career has seen her consulting for many blue-chip brands, including Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Mandarin Oriental, Sofitel, Pernod Ricard and many more blue-chip brands, culminating in an exceptional network of business contacts throughout the region.
