Established in 1993, Impact DataSource is an Austin, Texas based economic consulting, research and analysis firm. Impact DataSource provides high-quality economic research – specializing in economic and fiscal impact analysis. Our firm is highly focused on supporting economic development professionals and organizations. We specialize in economic and fiscal impact analysis and cost-benefit analysis. We have developed an efficient system for preparing timely, affordable and comprehensive economic impact analyses, having conducted more than 2,500 analyses of firms, projects, new subdivisions and other development activities in 25 states. In addition, Impact DataSource develops economic and fiscal impact analysis computer models for clients, including cities, utilities, home builders associations and states. Impact DataSource developed a model used by the New Mexico Economic Development Department and has developed models for many other communities in Texas and around the country. Impact DataSource prepares job creation economic analyses for the EB-5 Regional Center Program and is deeply involved in the EB-5 industry.
