Imo-imomec is a joint research institute of Hasselt University and imec that brings together chemists, physicists and engineers to conduct pioneering materials research. We focus on advanced materials systems for a sustainable and healthy society. Our core areas: energy conversion, energy storage, sustainable materials, sensors & materials for healthcare and quantum technologies. In addition to basic and strategic basic research, we also offer scientific services in collaboration with industry.
