We are the home of ESeal100 which was used to restore a "would-be" $120,000 project known to us as The Oxford Project for a fraction of the time, labor, and cost. ESeal100 is a peel and stick butyl rubber with a foil backing that can be used on anything from duct and pipe sealing to thermal insulation to rubber roofing. It even helps with sound deadening. With 20 sheets per box sizing up to 18" x 32", the limitations are nearly endless. The Oxford Project as we like to call it, was a project we did that saved Oxford Development a fortune with minimal time, labor, and cost. As you know, roof top ducts will rust and decay when exposed to severe weather conditions over time which is exactly what happened to the Oncology Nurse Society building. Normally, repairs require rust removal, cleaning, and costly duct replacement, but with ESeal100 all you need is to smooth out the surface, peel, and stick. It is that easy. After applying ESeal100 to cover the 2000 sq. ft. area the duct temperature dropped from 160F to 80F almost immediately. ESeal100 continues to save Oxford Development money today which is our main goal for all of our clients.
