At Immersive Explorations, we believe the most powerful education doesn’t happen in a lecture hall—it happens around a shared table, on a hillside walk, or in conversation with people living the lessons we hope to teach. We design transformative, continuing medical education programs in Italy for healthcare professionals who want more than a credential—they want connection, purpose, and evidence-based insight they can truly apply. Co-founded by Dr. Kerry Reding, a University of Washington epidemiologist and expert in cancer survivorship and lifestyle medicine, our programs take participants to the places that examplify Italian longevity—such as Sardinia and Piedmont. There, we explore the cultural, culinary, and social practices that help Italians live, on average, five years longer than Americans. This isn't confined to villages with more 100 year-olds than normal. Who we serve: Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistantss, Registered Nurses, dietitians, therapists, social workers, and health leaders looking to integrate lifestyle medicine and longevity science into their practice—while reconnecting with their reasons for being in healthcare. What we offer: • Up to 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ • Hands-on experiences in food, movement, and community connection • Intimate, cohort-based travel to regions known for long, healthy lives • A post-trip professional community for continued support and growth This is not a retreat. It’s a realignment. Because health professionals deserve education that fills their cup—not just checks a box. Restore, Learn and Explore. CME in Italy.
