Pastor Ryan grew up at Immanuel and after following the Lord into marriage, seminary, and ministry, he returned after 20 years to serve as Senior Pastor in June of 2020. Ryan has been married to Rachel for 18 years, which has produced 4 children, earned a MDiv from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has served in churches across Texas. He loves fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. Scott grew up in San Angelo and attended Baptist Temple where he accepted Christ at the age of 8. He graduated high school at Lakeview where he met Penny and they were married in 1984. They have 3 Children and 2 Grandchildren. Scott joined the San Angelo Fire Dept. in 92 and became a firefighter/paramedic serving our community for over 24 yrs. Before retiring in 2016 as Assistant Chief. Scott is a certified public management graduate from Texas State University. He was a servant to Christ throughout his career. Scott became a member of IBC in 2012 and joined the IBC staff in 2019. Michael Dorman was born in Farmington, New Mexico and moved to Snyder, Texas at age 10. He was saved and baptized at age 12. He graduated High School and met his bride, Diane while in Snyder. They have been married since 1977. Mike and Diane have 2 grown children and 9 grandchildren. He began his ministry in 1981 and after graduating Bible College, has been involved with several churches as lead Pastor, associate and youth minister. He loves reading, hunting, fishing, camping, ranching, and spoiling Grandkids as often as he can. Mike came to Immanuel as Family Pastor in December of 2020. His primary responsibilities are Discipleship and Senior Adult Ministries. Mike Baker was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. He was saved and baptized at age 10. He attended Howard Payne University receiving two degrees: B.S. Computer Science, and B. A. in Applied Psychology. This is where he met the love of his life Libby.
