The Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA) is a non-profit association representing more than 2,000 Aging Life Care Professionals® - geriatric care managers who have received membership with ALCA. ALCA members must meet stringent education, experience, and certification requirements of the organization, and all members are required to adhere to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice.
