In conjunction with today’s wearable technology, we assess a participant’s physical capability and then develop personalized physical activity plans that start where a participant is able and are built around their lifestyle and locale. iMETx has two product offerings that have been validated by clinical trials: Power Protocol™ – a sub-maximal stress test that takes approximately 15 minutes on a commercially available hybrid bicycle that quantitatively measures a participant’s physical function energy level. This knowledge allows activity plans to begin where the participant is able and provides a baseline metric to definitively track participant progress over time. iMETx Therapy – deeply personalized physical activity plans that are built around the participant’s lifestyle designed to gradually and incrementally increase their activity levels. After collecting two weeks of data from a fitness wearable, an individualized activity plan is created built around the participant’s life habits and locale. The plans dynamically adjust with the participant’s response to prior plans and the result is extremely high compliance and steady energetic improvement. High compliance is achieved because the activity plans are built around the participant’s current lifestyle and locations.
