Provide rapid response to problems and resolution by utilizing tools for remote management and monitoring. • Provide an option of customized Service Level Agreement (SLA) to enable customer to select aspects of the service that add value to their business • Provide IT Infrastructure as an “Opex” option vis-à-vis “Capex”.
