ImagiScapes is a private company located in Mountville, Pennsylvania (near Lancaster). We are committed to providing a quality product that is decorative, interactive and educational. We are business people, but we're also parents, and so, we are aware of the need to discover new and exciting ways for you to interact with your child. We sincerely hope ImagiScapes accomplishes this for you! How much does the whole system weigh? It depends on how many pieces there are, but the average 6-foot ImagiScapes mural system weighs between 22 and 28 pounds. Can I move it to another wall or room after I install it? Yes. You simply remove all of the panels, remove the channel, unscrew the mounting brackets, and install it the same way you did the first time. Make sure you keep the assembly and instruction sheet in case you need to refer to it in the future. At any time, you can order additional channels, brackets, hardware, complete scenes and individual graphic panels from our Addons & Accessories section. What if I have a problem after I receive my ImagiScape? We're here to help. Our normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Eastern time. However, if you have an installation question or concern, extended hours of help are available.
