JOHN WILSON MEDIA is owned and operated in Australia by John Wilson. The company produces Video Production and Photography for Corporate and Private clients as well as News organisations both TV and Print Media. We are based in Central Queensland and work throughout Queensland and internationally throughout Asia and South Pacific. John Wilson has 25+ years of experience having worked in Africa,Asia,Middle East and South Pacific covering news and current affairs and producing vision for Business and Corporate clients.

Commissioned services ranging from consultancy to photography for Advertising, Commercial, Corporate and Editorial assignments, undertaken within Australia or world wide. Ian’s 20 year career in photography has taken him all over the world and has seen his work published on media from billboards to the world’s newspapers and magazines. His drive to capture moments that only a still photograph can represent has earned him over 10 photographic awards, and he is the only photographer to be awarded the UK Picture Editors Guild Photographer of the Year title three times. Working with speed but with an attention to detail remain embedded in Ian’s work ethic, and working to a brief while maintaining his individual style is a challenge he relishes. Ian’s has worked for companies such as NIDA, Cathay Pacific, Telstra, and NAB to name a few. Adding to his skills and diverse portfolio of still images, Ian also shoots HD time-lapse imagery. Projects from hours to years can be captured in this format, and Ian adds a cinematic touch to the final cut allowing for usage anywhere from presentations to TVC’s.
