Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time We offer a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects on most products. Consumables such as rechargeable batteries have a 90 day manufacturer's defect warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranties on single use consumable items such as non rechargeable batteries, film and globes are limited and vary per manufacturer. Should an item fail within 7 days due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it with a new item or refund if a replacement is not available. After 7 days we will repair or replace the item with an identical or equivalent unit at our option. We recommend customers purchase goods ahead of the time they will be needed. The customer should then test the product to ensure it performs as they expect before using the product at any important event. Please see the Shipping and Returns sections for information on how you may return items to us. The benefits under our warranty are in addition to other rights & remedies under law in relation to the goods & services we provide. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
