At IM Solutions we have built up a strong reliable database of workers that we keep in full-time work by moving them from client to client. This database also allows us to have a one strike policy whereby, we do not tolerate our staff not turning up to site. In the unlikely event that they are unable to make it to site we are notified 12 hours before which gives us enough time to find a replacement from our standby list which is updated daily. We know how important is to deliver reliable workers on time and the knock-on effects of failure to do so.As our rates are very competitive many of our clients now use IM Solutions as their preferred supplier of additional worker on all their jobs. We monitor the performance of our labours on a weekly basis through our client feedback process to ensure these standards are constantly maintained.
